A way to get out of the house
Although it was a great way for the girls to get out, I'm sad to say that the concert did not reach our expectations at all. The jokes were half winded, it said Rickey Smiley and friends but there were no friends. The show started an hour late, and ended very abruptly.
My girlfriends and I were very excited about going to see Dead Poet Society - Band in concert. We listen to his show every morning and we thought if he is half as funny as he is on the radio well then it was going to be a heck of a show.
The highlight of the evening for me was when Steve Harvey came out and introduced Dead Poet Society - Band. There were a few funny jokes here and there, but not enough to warrant the $65 price tag for the ticket.
